Are your products ready-made or made to order?
Elorian pieces are produced in limited quantities. Most designs are made to order and are crafted within 10–15 business days.
Do you have ready-to-ship items?
Selected designs are marked as “Ready to Ship” and will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before production begins. Once the production process has started, cancellations are not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Domestic deliveries within Turkey take 1–3 business days, European deliveries 5–7 business days, and other international shipments vary depending on the destination.
If the item is not “Ready to Ship,” please note that an additional 10–15 business days are required for production.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Elorian ships worldwide. We also offer in-person/store pickup options in Istanbul, Paris, and Morocco.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return lingerie products?
Due to hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the protective hygiene seal/tag remains intact.
Do you allow exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are possible for size adjustments, provided the item has not been worn.

Elorian embraces diverse body types; our designs are available in sizes XS–3XL.

Hand wash only. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or use bleach.
