- Made-to-Order (Limited Edition)
- Couture pieces, produced in limited quantities, are made to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for production prior to dispatch.
- Ready-to-Ship
- Select designs are available for faster processing. These are dispatched within 5–7 business days.
- Global Reach – We deliver to clients worldwide, partnering with trusted international couriers. All orders include tracking numbers for your peace of mind.
- Boutique Collection – For clients in Turkey, Paris, and Morocco, in-person collection at our atelier or partner locations can be arranged.
- Discreet Packaging – All orders are shipped in unbranded, protective packaging, ensuring your privacy.
- Duties & Taxes – International clients are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees in their respective countries.
- Returns are accepted only if the protective hygiene seal is intact.
- Due to the intimate and delicate nature of lingerie, items without the seal cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For faulty or incorrect products, return costs will be covered by us.
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after returned items have been inspected and approved.
