Delivery & Returns Terms

Delivery Times

• Domestic deliveries within Turkey are typically completed within 1–3 business days.

• European deliveries take 5–7 business days.

• International delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

• For items not labeled “Ready to Ship,” please allow an additional 10–15 business days for production.

Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and health regulations, returns are accepted only if the protective hygiene seal/tag remains intact.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or removal of hygiene protection cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Eligibility:

• Item must be unworn and unwashed

• Original hygiene seal must be intact

• All accessories and packaging must be included

Exchanges
We offer size exchanges for unworn items with intact hygiene protection.

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or damaged lingerie

• Items without hygiene protection

• Custom or made-to-order items after production has begun
