Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Buyer (“Customer”) and Elorian Couture Lingerie (“Seller”) within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law and Distance Selling Regulation.

1. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically via the Seller’s website.

2. Product Information
The type, quantity, price, and delivery information of the purchased products are stated in the order summary.

3. Payment Terms
The Customer agrees to pay the total amount shown at checkout through the available secure payment methods.

4. Delivery Terms
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times vary depending on location and production time.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Due to hygiene regulations, lingerie products cannot be returned if the protective hygiene seal has been removed.
Made-to-order items cannot be canceled after production begins.

6. Liability
The Seller is responsible for delivering defect-free products.
The Customer must inspect the products upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
